We know how much we look forward to something new and we do everything we can to ensure that your package reaches you safely and reliably. It usually takes 2-3 days to process your order. Your product then goes through a comprehensive quality control, which takes around 3-6 days, before it is forwarded to our shipping service provider. The entire process therefore usually takes 6-12 days for your package to reach you.
Sometimes plans change, and we understand that. As long as your package has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at any time and we will change or cancel your order with no hassle. If your package is already on its way, we are of course still there for you and will support you wherever we can.
We want every product you order from myhona to bring you joy. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange the product, in peace and without stress. We take the time to address your concerns and find the best solution together.
